Annie joins Metcalf Recruit from the entertainment industry and has an expertise in finding high quality  candidates in tough to fill roles. With skills learned finding people for documentaries, Annie can find any candidate you can imagine, even your 'unicorn.' Annie enjoys a great board game and her 3 dogs. 

Jay has more than 20 years experience recruiting candidates in several industries as a corporate recruiter, in staffing and in executive search. Colleagues occasionally call Jay the "Obi Wan" of recruiting (even though he hates it). When he's not at work you can find Jay playing kickball or hiking with his dog Dash. 

Alex comes to the recruiting world from a retail background. He has an expertise in sourcing for sales and retail candidates in several industries and has recently begun working with our environmental recruiting team. He loves his cat West and you can frequently catch him listening to the Grateful Dead. Ask Alex about the Appalachian Trail!
